Wastewater treatment

Wastewater Treatment is a process treating wastewater by converting it into effluent water with minimal environmental impact to release it back into the environment or a process needed at plants for its facilities to re-use directly.

OILY WATER treatment

Oily Water Treatment occurs from storm water which mostly contains free oil & suspended solids. It removes the free oil and suspended solid from oily water. If emulsified oil is included in oily water, extra equipment will be required.

PRODUCED WATER treatment

Produced Water Treatment package is used to separate and divide water and oil & gas. It is a one of the key factors that Oil & Gas Producers should consider the cost management regarding a large volume of water.

SEWAGE treatment

The process of removing contaminants from sewage water, primarily from household sewage. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to remove these contaminants and produce environmentally safe treated water.

CPI Oil/Water Separator

Separates oil and sludge from the oily wastewater using the specific gravity difference separation method. With multiple pieces of slate plates or corrugated plates or improved efficiency of oil separation plates installed being slanted at a 45° angle, or horizontally, the flows are induced to go from the top portion to the bottom portion. Oil/Water Separator

Designed to separate gross amounts of oil and suspended solids from the wastewater effluents of oil refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, natural gas processing plants and other industrial oily water sources. API removes free oil more than 150 microns as a pre-treatment. API Separators can be equipped with VOC containment covers. Learn More

Nutshell Filter

Removes free oil and suspended solids from oil field produced water, refinery, wastewater and any water source. Very effective for the treatment of suspended solids, oily residues, ash and metallic hydroxides from industrial liquids generated by petrochemical industries and others. Learn More

Dissolved Air Flotation

Clarifies wastewater (or other waters) by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids. Removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it may then be removed by a skimming device.
